We are proud to look back on the impact of our Free Cataract Surgery Outreach in Kano State, Nigeria, where 109 patients had their vision successfully restored—bringing back clarity, independence, and renewed hope.

This life-changing initiative was made possible through the generosity, compassion, and global solidarity of supporters and partners, including the Kansas City Raindrop Foundation and the Dialogue Institute of Kansas City. NEAR Foundation has expressed its appreciation for the support provided to the free cataract surgery initiative and the meaningful difference this partnership is making for underserved individuals.
